  : Lovely clean modern apartment. Bed very comfortable and on the whole apartment well equipped. Nice patio area and good communication from owner.
  : TV only tuned to Spanish channels and would benefit from a safety deposit box for passports/valuables etc. Key safe needs to be wall mounted as hanging on entrance door so fiddly to use door lock.

  : I liked how comfortable and spacious the property was and location was perfect with the supermarket straight over the road Plenty of pots and pans to be able to cook instead of having to eat out every night.
  : Unfortunately sweater got stuck in the washing machine as there was no information on how to use the washer and no instructions left (not a standard washing machine) I would recommend searching the internet to find out how to use it. Toaster trips power out at the main board so be sure to use the toaster that is still packed up in the box.

  : It was dirty, the bedroom and the horrible smell of tobacco all over the place that we had to wash the bedroom curtains and remove the headboard from it as we couldnt sleep due to the smell. They didnt even care to remove the air freshener dried probably since months ago.They didnt provide with hand soap for the bathroom even if requested (thats a minimum courtesy). The water heater is small, your shower must be of 3min and 2 showers in a row is not possible as you need to wait for the water to get hot (water heaters of 30L are used for places without a shower and to wash dishes, for a 1 person its required a minimum of 50L - check online if any doubt).The windows were old and wooden so they were lacking isolation. Also the interaction with the property was terrible, as they didnt care for our queries and instead proposed us to leave but paying the whole stay. Unbelievable as we were not requesting anything out of this world and we even cleaned their apartment when we just arrived.We feel robbed, paid for a decent apartment but we got worse than a hostel. I am assuming they will reply to this comment just like they did to other customers and to us in person, very arrogant. For sure wont recommend this to my family who is going in a few months.
