  : The property look amazing from outside at night but on walking to our room I noticed the carpets were fading and fraying from edges.

  : We got there and check in good but feels like a tropical rain forest was damp every where . The room was dated beds poor and damp .went half board food tasteless, went in disco bar after cockroaches running on bar floor.

  : Quick check in: they forgot to Ask me to pays, but they recalled me. Wide confortable room but a little bit old fashionned. The logia (balcony) is well architectured in order you can be nude on it without disturbing anyone if you are at a medium level. Nice pools but many games around are broken. Food is abondant. If you like hiking, there are many trails, on the North of the htel, around a few volcanoes.
  : Food of medium quality especially poir pastries. Too much salted or sugared.Some equipment are in bad state, for example the certain in m'y room which was torn: I was woke UP every morning by the outside light. Accoustic isolation is not top: you can ear your neighbours in love action....When I was in the bathroom 2 waiters attempted to enter m'y room with their pass and without knocking during lunch time. I wrote a complaint, but I did not receive any answer. German customer not friendly.

  : I like that the room and hotel was very big with a free parking lot, nice views from the balcony and nice interior and many facilities in case you don't wanna leave the accommodation. The staff was very nice except from the Towel guy which was very grumpy. Many options when it comes for breakfast and dinner.
  : Some improvements needs to be done in the room, especially when it comes to the bathroom. In the hallways the cleaning was questionable, I saw layers of dust on the plants and in front of my room a small paper stood 3 days and nobody picked it up. Also I would like to mention about the quality of the fruits from the breakfast is not what it should be, it doesn't have any taste... In the evening there are shows in the salon of the hotel and the music can be heard from the room till very late, so if you want to go to bed early and you are on the left side of the hotel don't count on any sleep. Usually a 4 star hotel does not charge for the beach towel but here a fee it's applicable and the towels are not that new.

  : Nice big hotel but requires a serious revamp.
  : No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Smells of dampness and sewage coming from the bathroom in our room where we were supposed to sleep. Cockroaches crawling along the bar and in the bar area. Birds flying around the pool snack bar where food is openly displayed. Had to eat out every single night because the food was not good at all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, most certainly nowhere near a four star hotel.

  : Nice quiet location. Lots of parking. This time I went half board, Breakfast is good as usual.. Dont think Ill go half board again.
  : This is my third stay here and the rooms are a good rate for the age of the hotel, but they do require a few upgrades

  : My wife and I have been very well travelled worldwide for many years. We have stayed in numerous top class hotels throughout our lives and often paid a whole lot more and got a lot less than we have paid for the Beatriz Costa and Spa. We have stayed here several times previously and each every time has been really great. Weve always stayed all-inclusive and the food is fantastic. Theres plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner with cava also available at breakfast to choose if you wish which is a nice touch. My wife is a vegetarian and she always finds plenty of adequate choices. There is also an option to have lunch at the pool bar, again with adequate choice. Dont believe any negative reviews you read about this hotel, I sometimes wonder if these people have actually stayed in the same place!!! The rooms are clean and spacious with a good sized furnished balcony and the beds are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning is efficient and works well. Perhaps an extra or bigger pillow would be welcome along with a few more extra coat hangers in the wardrobe but not in the least a problem. The Spa is fantastic and free once a day. Plenty of sun loungers available and the large pools are lovely, one being heated. There is also a separate outside jacuzzi. On our last visit in November 2023, some friends of ours, another couple to whom we had recommended this hotel came with us they absolutely loved it and we have all booked up again for January 2024.
  : We like the hotel for what it is its quite unique, its clean and comfortable and its a really nice hotel so theres nothing really significant enough not to like about it. The only thing I would possibly comment about negatively is perhaps the music played around the pool area. On some afternoons there seemed to be some lovely relaxing background music perfect for the setting,but then at around maybe 4 oclock some full volume deafening reggae style din of some kind was injected into you!!! Not even the likes of Jimmy Cliff or Bob Marley etc. that most people would have heard of and probably sang along to, but some other random stuff that I suspect was personal to the person who put it on. Need to consider this and play music towards the general clientele who on the majority of occasions have been slightly more elderly.
