  : Almost all The room are large and very confortable, bathroom large Kitchen available and large fridge and freezer so that you can make your own cooking from time to time. The breakfast is good
  : The pool area is too exposed to wind. Ok to swim but small kids may not like the wind and water of the pool is "only" 24 deg celcius The dinner buffet is average, used only once. Was ok as we did not select half board

  : The stay at the hotel was very nice, the breakfasts were very good and varied. Very quiet hotel, a few minutes' walk to the beach, sandy beach.
  : The bar doesn't open long enough for an evening drink, you have to go to the hotel opposite.

  : Rooms were big - lots of space for families. It included a big fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, TV with Disney channel. The pool was good too.
  : Food quality was quite poor - canned fruits, dry meat, cheap low quality foods were used. Some of the foods smelled funny too, e.g. rice. The quality of food in this hotel was not as expected from such a hotel / price paid. Also, cocroaches roamed near bread stall and plates. We spotted two big ones which completely destroyed our appetite. Kids didn't like the deserts at all which says a lot as they'd be all over chocolate/ice cream and things like this, yet after a bite they would reject it. This wasn't the same when we went to local restaurants to eat as food quality was a lot better and fresh.

  : Very clean and big rooms, good service, very nice& helpful staff
  : The breakfast didn't meet our expectations. There was plenty, and also quite a choice of different things. But qualitywise it really wasn't what we expected. For example, they prepare your eggs/omelettes etc still with eggs classified as "3", meaning you're eating eggs from cage raised chicken there - in Belgium, it isn't even allowed anymore to sell such eggs...

  : The room was large and clean
  : The Gym was appalling and poorly equipped. All of the machinery was either not working or faulty. One static bicycle was actually dangerous to use, it kept jamming when I got it up to speed and could easily damage an ankle. The only functioning thing I could use was the free weights. It was not possible to use the gym when the Yoga class was being held. The Yoga class was excellent when available however, in the ten day I was there only two classes were available to me as there was no teacher for most of my stay. I believe you mis sold the facility and I was left very disappointed.
