  : The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very efficient. The night manager was very friendly and helpful and always willing to help, even if there was a language barrier. The beds were hard, but relatively comfortable. The shower was very powerful and really refreshing. The hotel was well located and a short walk from restaurants and supermarkets.
  : The staff serving breakfast were very rude and disrespectful. One morning I went for breakfast and stood at the bar for around 7-8 minutes, in this time 3 members of staff ignored me, while walking around and serving other guests who had arrived after me. Eventually when I was asked what I would like for breakfast and as I couldn't understand the response, as I don't speak Spanish, the staff member laughed at me, even after attempting to use Google Translate. Eventually I worked out that he was unable to serve me any Orange Juice as they didn't have any left. After I ordered, I waited at my table, as previously we had received table service and I could see that other guests were receiving table service. A few minutes after sitting down, the member of staff shouted at me and placed my breakfast on the bar for me to collect. Although this particular experience was a one-off, on other mornings, I felt the service lacking. The breakfast is also disappointing, it seemed like the only thing available was bread with jam. Also, the air con wasn't working in 2 of the 3 rooms that we booked.
