: This isnt a hotel and doesnt even have a coffee machine on site It should be advertised as rooms. Also the price point is too expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

: The location is amazing, perfectly walkable from everything in the old town. Staff were excellent - Marta was available on WhatsApp and helped us out with answers to our questions. The free use of snorkels, masks, beach towels and sun umbrellas is a truly excellent touch - we hadn't thought to bring any of that stuff and it was a huge help. We ended up having a much nicer beach experience as a result!
: WiFi was too slow for use - we ended up popping to a local caf and using theirs. Also, I have to say I don't really think it's a 'boutique hotel' - there's no reception, bar or even a coffee machine. It's a bookable room, and our room was very small (two people can't stand in the bathroom at once). It's still a really good place to stay and I thought the price was reasonable enough but I've stayed in lots of 'boutique hotels' and they have all been quite different from this, and had more facilities. Lastly, it's probably personal taste but we found it very odd that the bed had no duvet, blanket or quilt - just a sheet. Menorca is warm, of course, but it was just a bit strange to sleep under - I've never seen that in a hotel before.

: The room was nice and the people we communicated with were always lovely and helpful via Whatsapp.
: This isn't a boutique hotel it's a boutique room in a house and operates similar to airbnb. It has no hotel facilities including any presence on site which makes it difficult to actually get into the house. Plus we were in the room for 3 nights and it doesn't get cleaned daily like a hotel. Booking should have a new category for this type of property "boutique room" and then we all know what we're getting and our expectations can be managed. To be clear this is an Island issue as most 'boutique hotels' are operating a no-presence, no hotel facility approach.
