  : No facilities at all, staff seem quite disengaged with guests and are more preoccupied with the restaurant. No reception or anyone to contact if needed.

  : The hotel itself, the location and the room are the reasons why I didn't give the hotel a much lower score . . .so please read on! The hotel is in a quiet seaside location, 10 minutes' easy walk from the city centre. My good-sized double room had a huge private & shaded terrace/balcony, & a sea view. Ideal for me, on a working trip, needing lots of space to spread stuff out. It was also very clean.
  : Actually - everything else. Any 'atmosphere' at Sa Prensa appears to be provided by the guests themselves. To be kind, the staff might be described as 'un-intrusive.' Throughout my 3-day stay, most of the restaurant staff and the female owner were unwelcoming to the point of rudeness. The owner didn't even answer when I spoke to her on arrival - just waved me away dismissively for a member of the bar staff to check me in. And so it continued, ignored: never a smile, & not even a greeting unless first prompted by me. Clearly, not a happy place to work. . . As noted by other guests, The menu is mainly limited to bog-standard overpriced convenience food. (And unlike even the most humble cafe in town, not even a garnish or free sauce to dress it up. 3 euros extra for a few bits of bread & a dollop of bottled mayo! ) The exception is the daily fresh fish special - an option not available to me as a 'solo' diner. l was told that 'the fish is too big for one person.' Mmm - that's not what other reviewers are saying about the portion sizes of the fresh fish option . . . So I dined elsewhere - better, jollier and cheaper - for the rest of my stay.

  : Nice and clean hotel. Stuff is really kind and professional. I ate twice in the restaurant, food was good. You can easily find parking in the street where is a hotel. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. It takes 10-15 mins to the city by foot.
  : My window was above the kitchen exit and it was noisy until they clean and close it
