  : Perfect location, exactly in the main square! If you want to visit Ciudad Rodrigo by foot then it's the place to stay. Although it's not easy to park nearby, there are enough free parking just outside the citadel. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and much bigger than expected, with a vintage-rustic-dated dcor. I liked the hard-ish bed but not my partner... however we both enjoyed the silky smooth linens. Shower is in a bathtub, so do be careful when steeping in and out.
  : Could have informed us beforehand that there's a surcharge for pets of 10/day if booking from Booking (we don't mind paying but it was not a pleasant surprise). Our room faces the square, so it was a bit noisy even late into the night (nice view though). I wouldn't recommend this property for low mobility guests, considering the beautiful yet steep stone staircase right by the entrance. The AC wasn't working well.

  : Very friendly welcome. The lady at the reception was very kind and gave us lots of information about this really beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly placed right in the centre of town and parking was very easy on the plaza right in front. Walking distance to everything.

  : Very dog friendly! A very hearty welcome. Spacious room. Tasteful interior. Comfortable beds. Lively view. Central location in a lovely city. Everything wonderful. We would come back next time possible.

  : Location on the Plaza Major is perfect. We could easily park our car near the hotel for little money. Lovely staff that gave us a lot of good information on the surroundings and the places to visit. Nice room, good bathroom, all very clean and good beds. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
