  : Apartment is big and the same as on the photos. There are towels, hairdryer, sleepers, some cosmetics and sap, water for guests, coffee machine, tea. Thank you for this! Also agent from main office was really nice! And office consultant were doing their work best!
  : The 1 bathroom need to be repaired as it falls apart from inside. Except this, there is nothing more. P.S. the agent which met us was always in contact and nice and in the end asked me if I can leave the review about the apartment. And if I really like the apartment and I put 10* he will get 50 from their office. I dont like this system. He didnt force me to leave a good review but I feel bad because of this system. I want to be honest. So please, people from main office just give your agents this 50 without my review!

  : The location was great. The building was nice and seemed secure and safe. Good view looking out over the water and nice balcony. It was really appreciated that an early check in could be accommodated. The host was terrific; she was very helpful. and met us with the keys, showed us the property and explained the do's and don'ts, and even provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
  : The apartment itself did not met our expectations - it was not very clean (eg., a very dirty bathroom upon our arrival including pee on the toilet seat, mold in the showers, dirty looking walls throughout, the sofa smelled a bit like vomit and had cigarette burns on it), and it seemed run down and not well maintained (eg., lose floorboards that were a tripping hazard in the hall, glass wall in the shower wasn't properly attached and would swing if any pressure was put on it, washer door was broken and could not be opened). The thing we disliked the most, however, was the overpowering smell of mold and mildew throughout the apartment but especially in the kitchen and bathrooms - it was a very strong smell that made made hanging out in the apartment not very pleasant.

  : The digital unlock was good - no need to meet anyone for checkin. Wish this was available for the entire stay - would have made it much easier.
  : One set of keys between 8 people - very inconvenient. More sets needed, or digital lock available for entire stay. Bedrooms on the road side VERY noisy - road noises and vibrations very loud and kept us awake. Hosts failed to book us a transfer to the hotel from the airport despite conversing over message about this - found out at airport that we had to find our own way to the hotel! Facilities need updating: - There is no concierge service (just a WhatsApp number) - Can leave luggage there is nowhere to leave luggage - Terrace & sun terrace - there is just a small balcony - nice, but not as described - Beachfront - beach is about 5-10 minute walk over very busy roundabout - Sofabed is not big enough for 2 people either, not a nice space for the 2 unlucky guests in the living room!

  : They opened us the apartment remotely, making sure we were getting in smoothly. The apartment was good, great location.
  : There was some humidity smell in the kitchen-kitchenette area. But the rest was good!
