  : The apartment is at a great location and is well equipped. We were a family of 7 (including a 3 yr old) staying there in May 2022 and our stay was as comfortable as it could be. The grocery stores are close by, metro is walking distance and bus stops too.
  : There was a small room with a single bed which had no ventilation or air condition, they could add in a small fan just to make the apartment perfect. :)

  : Central location, extra comfortable apartment, nicely furnished.
  : For some reason heating wasn't in function. Fortunately, there are 4 airconditioners in the apartment.

  : Good location
  : Just two days before the arrival, the host said I have to pay extra 20 euro when I arrive after 9 pm and extra 50 euro after midnight. These additional costs are not listed in booking. I arrived 1.30 am. Despite that the host knew about my late arrival, there was no one waiting for us. We rang the bell behind the door and no one picked up. So I called costumer service. First, they didnt know anything about our reservation and then after long discussion the service promised to send someone in one hour. The host came in 40 min and finally let us in. Unfortunately the apartment was cold (the host switched on all heating devices as we arrived). Water was cold, there was no possibility to take a bath. There were no pillows in double bed.
