  : The apartment was in an amazing location, so central in Barcelona! It was also very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday. It had 3 large double bedrooms which was perfect for the 6 of us.
  : When the main door to the building was locked at night, it took us a while to figure out how to get in (just to note its a small door within the large main door!) There also wasnt any staff/concierge at the weekend so we werent able to leave our bags with anyone after we checked out as we had a little while to wait for our flight, that wasnt too much of an issue though.

  : 2 complaints were raised for just watching TV on normal volume and walking in the apartment which was really not fair considering the fact there was always sound of footsteps climbing up and down the stairs after midnight. Dryer did not work at all neither did the manual mention clear instructions on how to use it rather than normal wash. Not enough toiletries for shower. No toothbrush/paste provided and no cleaning for all the days we lived there. We still had to clean the entire apartment before leaving. Locker was stuck and was not opening in the midnight, the 24/7 number did not pick the call and when they did they took hours to get back to us to send someone past midnight to fix the locker. Too pricey when you have to clean up yourself!

  : really great location in the "bellybutton" of Barcelona. Clean and enough for what we needed.
  : The bathroom was right next to the bedroom and not much privacy - that would be my only complaint. Getting in to the apartment was a bit of a struggle too - we needed to get the apartment maintenance man to help.

  : Location is the best, in the heart of Barcelona. Nice view in the balcony and full of furniture on the balcony. Kitchen is full of function, including coffee machine.
  : Too high humidity in the bathroom.

  : Apartment and location was great. Lots of character in the building and close to Las Ramblas. Phone access key was great once we got used to it.

  : For walking around the city you can't get any better location. Nice little balconies with a view of the square on the one side and mountain on the other. Beds were comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you would need (we were with 2 children, so used a lot). AC and heater, both worked for us. Came half an hour earlier, called the host and since apartment was ready they let us in.
  : Door lock app is ok, but unreliable, sometimes you had to try 2-3 times before it worked. When you open the street door with an app it calls the apartment, which was not nice while having 2 kids sleeping. Elevator didn't go all the way to the 1st floor for a couple of days. Although the apartment is on the 2nd floor, if you count it is really 4. When the big outside door is closed, there is regular sized door inside through which you can enter, but it has very high door sill, so hard to enter with a stroller, for example and then there are a couple of stairs before the elevator. There are 2 apartments close to each other and every time the door opens and closes in the other apartment it's so loud I was thinking someone entered ours all the time. Since it is central location it is very noisy in one of the bedrooms (with window facing Rambla), there are restaurants downstairs and the windows are very old and noise reduction doesn't exist. A couple of sockets in the bedrooms didn't work. There is no wardrobe by the entrance, so you have no place to hang coats. There is nowhere to sit to put shoes on, if you need it. The floor in the shower is extremely slippery (especially in one of them). Chairs by the table are very uncomfortable. Those were the most uncomfortable table chairs I've sat in in my whole life (and everyone from my family agreed). There is only one 2 person sofa to sit on in the apartment (excluding the table chairs). Considering 8 people can sleep there (including sofa) there is nowhere to chill. No chairs, no other sofas. Tiles by the entrance, in the main room and one of the bedrooms look like they are from the street and are very old (not in a good way). The small table by the sofa is also from iron and looks like it is from the outside. Everything is mostly old and very used, with some marks (like someone mentioned sofa has cigarette burns). Not cozy, very utilitarian and in need of update.
