WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Tourist tax is not included in the reservation amount, you can see the cost for each apartment before you complete the booking procedure, it will be added to the total amount to pay on arrival.

Please note that the check-in time is between 14:00 pm and 20:00 pm. Please note that the following charges apply for arrivals outside check-in times: EUR 10 for arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 EUR 25 for arrivals between 23:00 and 01:00 EUR 35 for arrivals between 01:00 and 09:00 An extra EUR 15 fee will be charged for arrivals on Sundays and bank holidays.

Please note some buildings do not have a lift.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00
