  : Perfect position and location for beach, shops & restaurants. Good choice for a small resort. Hotel was really lovely and the view from our balcony was amazing over the sea… stunning!Breakfast was very good and a plentiful choice but also could order other items from a small menu if desired but actually not made aware of this by staff. Found out as we saw other people were ordering. Breakfast Menus aren’t readily available on the tables as they are in a basket on a shelf inside the restaurant out of sight. Sergio the who serves you on the sunbeds at the beach club is an absolute star and really made paying for the sunbeds worth every single euro. He is super efficient and friendly and always has a smile serving food & drinks with no help from any other staff. He is an absolute gem. The ladies on reception are very helpful particularly Sara who I had also spoken to on the phone before we arrived. We will definitely return
  : I really feel that customers at the hotel should get preference for booking sun beds at the beach club (€20 per bed) before visitors. Some people who stayed at the hotel weren’t able to get beds for 3 days into their stay. I think visitors should be able to book on the day once the hotel clients have the chance to book or even a 24 hour rule. Also it was not made clear that sunbeds need to be booked so far in advance for hotel customer. Maybe it would be something that could be made aware on booking. We had to go to the beach on the first day which was lovely but we booked for the beach club the rest of the time as the beach was quite crowded. Also some sunbeds at the beach club were squeezed in to accommodate big parties who weren’t even staying at the hotel. One group in particular were rude and spoke to Sergio like he was some sort of servant…. Just awful to hear and see. Also on one day when we got allocated our beds we found that only one bed was under the umbrella instead of the umbrella being between the 2 beds which we paid for … just so that another bed could be accommodated for a visitor and they had some shade. After a word with lovely Sergio it was soon sorted. I think too many people are trying to be accommodated to the detriment of others. Please can this be sorted as it was becoming a pain. Also children at the beach club isn’t really the environment you want to be in. Babies in push chairs, toddlers and older children with lilos etc don’t really make for a relaxing time when there are 2 beaches which are much more child friendly for them.
