  : Clean spacious room with good aircon and toiletries. Quiet neighbourhood 20 minutes by train from Playa Catalunya, central Barcelona. Helpful staff who speak English well.
  : Quite difficult to reach the hotel from the airport by public transport.You can take the train from the airport and change to the R4 line to Sant Joan Despi at the city stations. This trip will take over an hour. The L77 bus leaves from Terminal 1and 2 at the airport and takes around 1hour to get to Sant Joan Despi. However, you have to change to the L46 bus or walk 500m to reach the hotel - tricky!Taxis cost 25-30 and will get you there in 15 minutes.

  : Only breakfast was good and sufficient.
  : 1. The hotel is very far from the city center. You need to take 1 tramway and 1 metro. It takes at least 1 hour to get into the city center.2. The rooms are very old. The whole hotel needs renovation.3. There was 1 liter of water in the room. It was not renewed for 6 days.4. Imagine a 4 star hotel without a kettle, complimentary coffee or tea in the room. You also do not have the possibility to drink coffee during the day by paying for it.5. No room service.6. The safe was locked in the room. I asked the hotel staff to open it with a master key. The hotel could not find a master key and the safe could not be opened. As a solution they offered me to move to a room with an open safe. I refused to move to another room as I was spread out in the room with all my belongings.7. If you look at the price/performance, the hotel is really expensive.8. For 16 years I have been using booking.com to book hotels for my international travels, but this is the first time a hotel has misled me this much. I think it definitely does not deserve the 8.5 rating given by previous customers. My criteria for choosing a hotel on booking.com was 8.5 and above. I decided to raise this value from now on.
