  : Too many things sadly: Toilet Broken on arrival - button push not operating, constant flushing - had to turn off at mains: Shower blocked on arrival - shower tray, which was 3 inches deep - filled to almost overflowing causing us to not use it or rush to shower: Towels ring falls off wall: Shampoo dispenser in shower cubicle fell off the wall as only installed with double sided tape: Power cut for c. 16 hours with no hot water - complete darkness - no emergency lighting in rooms, corridor and stair case SURELY A BREACH OF HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS? Could not wash / shower. Breakfast compromised. Road works and labourers with hydraulic crane lorry right out side our building 1 floor below our window at 00.25am and 05.25am - no sleep at all possible that night/morning : Dreadful I completed a Spanish Official Complaint form about the power cut, as requested by the hotel of which I have kept a copy and will be seeking compensation as we had two rooms in the hotel at a significant nightly cost

  : The location is superb and the rooms are quiet. Great for people who travel with a carry-on only.
  : We booked an Economy Room - what a mistake! The room was so small that it was impossible to open two suitcases at once. The hotel had placed a mini bar under the small desk, so the chair no longer fit under the desk and took up valuable floor space. The only answer was to put the chair upside down on the bidet in the bathroom. That is how we accommodated 2 suitcases.On the 2nd - 4th nights, we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a larger room. However, it suffered from the problem of so many European hotels - they put 2 single beds together instead of a king bed. At least there was room to breathe. The hotel staff were all very accommodating. Also, internet in our room was very spotty, and we sometimes had to go down to the lobby to get internet service.
