  : I stayed in the "Standard Apartment" (with 2 bedrooms: one with a large, 2-person bed and another with a single twin bed). The apartment was perfect for my 5-night stay. The host at the front desk when I checked in, Gisela, was incredibly kind and helpful and really spent the time to give me guidance and recommendations on a map. She even advised me on what areas to avoid at night (don't worry - nowhere near the apartment!). There is a small elevator, so it's easy to get up to the higher floors (if you have a lot of bags, you'll have to take it in shifts).The apartment itself was bright, very clean, and furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stayincluding kitchen utensils, a kettle and Moka pot, a dose of laundry detergent for the washing machine, a sponge/dish soap, and even some olive oil/salt to use when cooking.The wifi was reliable and strong for the most part, aside from some spottiness toward the end of my stay. It was never disrupted enough for me to need to bring it up to the front desk. I was able to work, join a video call, and stream videos just fine for the vast majority of the time.I found the location to be ideala block away from the main road, so insulated enough to not get too much street noise but close enough to be walkable to transit and amenities. The immediate surrounds are quiet and feel very safe, and it's just a quick walk to Vila de Grcia, which is buzzy, hip, and dense with restaurants and bars. There are several grocery options in the vicinity. The closest metro and bus stops are just a couple long blocks away, so very easy to access in just a few minutes. It's a nice 15-20 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Park Gell isn't far but it's a relatively steep uphill hike, so if that's not your jam, there are a few bus options nearby that can get you there.
  : Again, the wifi, while steady and reliable most of the time, got a bit spotty toward the end of my stay for some reason. I had some work to do while I was there, so this was slightly inconvenient, but the connection never dropped for too longless than a minute at a time. It never actually became enough of a problem for me to bring it up to the front desk. The mattress I slept on was quite firm. I don't mind a firm mattress, but something to note for those who prefer softer mattresses. While the vast majority of the apartment was incredibly clean, I would have preferred if the topper blankets provided (folded in the bedroom closet) were fresher. They smelled a bit stale and not freshly washed. The living/dining room window is large and looks directly into the apartment building across the courtyard, but it doesn't have blackout/opaque shades like the bedroom doesjust some translucent curtains. I recommend to the management to install solid curtains on this window for better nighttime privacy. I would've appreciated a small broom and dustpan to clean up the floor every now and then after cooking and eating. **My photos are from when I was checking out, so all untidiness is on me! The place was very organized and well presented when I arrived.**

  : The neighbourhood was very quiet. The appartment is close to very good stores.
  : The amenities are very old and not working properly, e.g. AC.In the appartment it smells as mold because of the AC I believe.

  : Laura is the best host ever. She was accommodating and friendly. We left a request to leave a note in the room as it was one of our friend's birthday; she went above and beyond and installed ballons. Needless to mention the place is great and is super safe. We forgot our jewelry box and came back for it to find it as is. Thank you for hosting us.
  : The bedrooms are a bit tight in space but that was also mentioned before we went. Also, It wasn't clear how can we get fresh towels but we didn't stay that long so we didn't need to bother about this.

  : The apartment is really comfortable, well located, the check in and check out were really fast and smooth. The staff is great and helpful.
  : The hot water is barely available for one person to take a shower. Although there is an air conditioner in the living room, the bedroom could have a fan to help cooling the hot days.

  : The apartment was clean. The location was very central, close to the metro, supermarkets and restaurants. We had the apartment with the balcony and we liked the space. The management was also very helpful and provided us with all information we needed. Our check-in and check-out were during the holidays, but made convenient by the management.
  : It would be nice to have some cloth washing powder in the apartment. Also, the lift wasn't working properly. It wasn't opening on one floor and not going to our floor at all. So we had to walk up and down the stairs, which was difficult for my parents with knee problems.
