  : The apartment was spacious, the air conditioning worked well.
  : The check in process was long and cumbersome and the App needed to get into the building and apartment didn't work for my group most of the time. So in urgent situations when I needed to enter the apartment I couldn't get in immediately. There were also little ants all over the bathrooms and kitchens. Centrally located so it was easy to get around.

  : One of the worst places to visit is Hercules1- Ants everywhere2- The treatment of the inmate is bad3- The air conditioner has been out of order for 8 days and has not been repaired4- I call them daily to repair the air conditioning, but there is no response from them, and if the response is completed, the treatment is completedVery, very, very bad from them8 days of adjustment are ruined for my exit time

  : The mobile phone door opening system is very inconvenient. It is not easy for ordinary people to understand how to open the door downstairs electronically with a mobile phone. If the mobile phone has no power or no network, there is no way to open it. When the room door is opened for the first time, there needs to be an Internet signal. But there is no network signal in the corridor. You have to run to the window in the corridor to have a weak signal to turn it on. Previously, I could connect to the indoor wireless network without any problems. Another thing is that the elevator often stops running. very inconvenient

  : I hated it.
  : They were not helpfull at all, I was travelling with my 4 years old daughter and my mom who is 60. I had to stand outside the appartment untill 4 am the day we areived because the god damn program that opens the door was not working and obviously there was nobody who would hel us at that time we spent 3 hours outside the appartment then some neighbour opened the front door for us. Then it happened again 2 times and it was as id I was supposed to be thankful that they came after waiting for them outside for 40 min and opened the door for me. I will never ever make this mistake and take this stupid flat.

  : bathroom too small to accommodate 4 guests /living room floor too damaged/not enough lights in the living - too dark too confusing about the keys - everything is done by an APP - you never meet anyone - takes time to refund the deposit and they asked for too mucvh

  : Very difficult to access key codes couldnt do it on line had to pay $40 taxi to get to office and back wouldnt recommend this place as its to difficult to get access to place have to be an it expert even the young people were having trouble so no chance for elderly like us it wad a nightmare

  : I enjoyed my holiday when I was not in the apartment because I was paranoid of finding another thing not working
  : 1. Too many hidden fees when booking it. I reserved it and it was non refundable and during the lengthy online login, I was told to basically pay 300euros as deposit and I couldnt back out because it was a non refundable booking. So my hands were tied.2.First day I arrived, it took me 1 hour to get into the building, it was impossible to check in, until like a 1000 times, which I almost gave up and was even looking at alternative accommodations. The worst so far3.Got into the apartment and more problems, the sofa in the living room is broken, after sitting on for 20/30mins it automatically slides off and you have to tug it in again.-Bathroom was a mess, I saw long hairs in there and also in the shower and I had to clean up before using it and the worst part is after every shower, there is this bad and weird odor which literally makes you want to puke so you have to spray over it every time you get out of the shower and the water drainer is not even broken so thats also a health hazard.4. The walls are also very thin and in the evening you can basically hear everyone around you.5. One the first night, i booked a taxi and was exiting the building but the door was not closing. Had to call the receptionist and it took me ages and as a result, the taxi cancelled on me and lost my money.6. I enjoyed my stay only when I was not in the apartment.7. Just to top it off as the worst accommodation ever in existence. On the last day of my stay, I was just relaxing in the living room and some guy came and knock on my door, which I immediately went and opened in my pyjamas and he told me the music was loud, I was amazed because this was YouTube from their tv and the volume was not that bad so I apologised and reduced the volume. The next thing I know after I checked out, they said they not giving my deposit back because I was having a party in the apartment. Absolutely ridiculous and disastrous experience! Please avoid this place.
