: wonderful location- short walking to Sagrada Familia and other sightseeing places. relatively small apartment but normal for center of Barcelona. can accommodate maximum 6 people. kitchen had all to cook, (oil, salt etc you need to bring). many places around to buy food open relatively late.
: very complex check in process. many steps, many separate payments, without credit card not possible to finish process and get key to open doors.

: The check in process was extremeyl confusing and difficult to navigate the system. Despite requesting checkin at 2 when we contacted the number on our arrival as per the eail instructions we were told they didn't know what we were talking about and checkin is 4pm.

: The location was within 7 minutes of La Sagrada Familia, and there were many restraunts, neighborhood markets, and a bakery within walking distance. The air conditioning was AMAZING! Having a washing machine in the apartment was a definite plus! The bedrooms were small but adequately sized, and having 2 bathrooms was great for my family.The apartment was a great last-minute find, and the price was reduced, making it a better deal than local hotels. The neighborhood was quiet and low-key. You are also a 15-minute walk from the flea market - Mercat dels Encants de Barcelona and the Estacin de Autobuses.
: Both bathroom sinks did not drain. One bathroom mirror was unusually small, and its shelf was not stable, so items fell off if put on the wrong side.The check-in process did take a bit of time. Booking.com wants you to go through them, but then there is a delay in the management getting your info. There was a $300.00 deposit required but not mentioned in the original price quote.

: Good location, well-connected, quite a pleasant flat. It would have been a great stay but some things could be fixed.
: Electronic keys (once the app got blocked and the phone restart was needed to enter the flat). Time-consuming check-in system.Quite a few things to fix in the flat, such as unusable second shower because the door does not slide, etc. Insisting on a 5-star review on a website indicated was not appropriate.

: Location was great. Close to everything. Beds were satisfying. The neighborhood was quiet.
: The showers doors were broken and too small to enter, because the dors couldnt open. For 3 days we didnt have hot water, because boiler wasnt working. Toilets were rocking, Toilet seats were broken. The furniture was worn out.
