  : -Perfect communication with Sergio, the receptionist. Very helpful on various topics !-Located very close to the beach -It's a family business (who owns the bar, the restaurant as well as the hotel) and you can feel it: all the staff saying hello and being super friendly -The cleanliness of the room was amazing (I stayed 5 nights and had my towels regularly changed, bathroom cleaned every day)
  : -Located close to the bar open 24h, therefore some nights can be noisy -Mattress of the bed not very confortable-Not much natural light in my room due to its location on the ground floor

  : The bar attached to the hotel was very good. Food was excellent and the staff very attentive
  : The shower attachment over the bath would not stay in the holder. Another pillow would have been good

  : I booked a double bed through booking however I was offered two single beds in the room. Also we were offered to go for dinner to the restaurant right next to it (Rt Felipe) since it was supposed to have a good cuisine, however the menu had the typical dishes at a very high price. Then we found out the amount of food they put on each dish was meant for more than two people, the waiter never told us it was two much food for two people. The worst part was that my girlfriend kept getting electric shocks every time she touched the tap.

  : The location is convenient and near downtown. Carboneras Castle, shops and restaurants are very close. The beach is not too far. Anything the typical tourist needs is at walking distance. Room rates are quite affordable. Breakfast not included.
  : Staff varies depending on the time at reception, and so does customer service. The younger guy is great. The older one can be rude, even sarcastic, and not helpful. Wifi not available during my stay.

  : property in the centre of Carboneras, good air conditioning in the room with a fridge and the room was very clean.
  : the hand rail on the stairs to the rooms was very loose so did not feel safe holding onto it.
