  : Good location, near the beach, very close to a supermarket. Good appliances, new.

  : The villa itself was spotless and very modern. The pool was clean, in good condition and larger than expected. The air conditioning was brilliant. Location was as expected as we had researched the area and knew where to eat/buy food - we recommend hiring a boat from Can Picafort marina. WiFi was quick and easy to connect to.
  : Whilst the facilities were good overall, the kitchen was slightly lacking: there were no tongs/brushes for the barbecue which was rusty so required a lot of cleaning before we could use it. We were also only provided with a couple of rolls of toilet paper and were told that we were expected to purchase any additional rolls which was frustrating. The kitchen also lacked washing up liquid, scourers or sponges so nothing could be washed up by hand, meaning everything had to be put into the dishwasher. Unfortunately no bin bags were provided which meant we had to buy a roll of 25 for a 6 day stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, however, we highly recommend a stay at Villa Romani.

  : Nice good basic house with a amazing pool for families. Good neighborhood and the communication with the owner is very good.
  : A little more privacy maybe on the side next to the pool, but thats the only thing i can think of to make it excellent. And if you have a car, there is not allot of parking space after 20:00.

  : pool at the front off the house in front off the road , so a bit noisy if you want to relax but lovely pool area

  : The Villa was lovely and well equipped. It was near to a beach, supermarket, park and a short walk to main nightlife.
  : We had a problem with the pool turning everything green. The owner came straight out to resolve it and he checked again later in the week. The decking around the pool needs repairing and the one bedroom marketed as a double is really small, with the bed pushed up against the wall. Might be an idea to swap it with the single beds.

  : Air conditioning was fantastic and really necessary as outside temperatures were generally 34-36. The kitchen was well equipped and all the rooms and bathrooms were great for our family. we didn't hire a car but in retrospect wish we had as it was really too hot to walk any distance comfortably. We hired one for a couple of days very reasonably from a local company. The swimming pool was lovely and an acceptable size for our party. Big Lidl 10 minutes walk away. They don't sell charcoal so we couldn't have a bbq until we had a car to go further afield. had read other reviews saying nothing was provided in the kitchen so I brought some basics from home: washing up liquid, cloths, scourer & dishwasher and washing machine tablets but actually we didn't need these as they were provided in the kitchen already. Enormous fudge/freezer 5 *. Loved the walk-in wardrobe in main bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Bed had a mattress topper so was perfectly comfortable. The villa is on the side of a road but the fencing is high enough to ensure privacy and the traffic didn't bother us. We would definitely come back to the villa again.
  : The swimming pool wasn't cleaned at all while we were there and the water wasn't clear but quite turbid by the end of our week. Bring mosquito repellent. If you hire a car & choose to park in the driveway/garage it is pretty hard to manoeuvre in and out of.
