  : Mostly quiet rural accommodation and nice to have the pool to ourselves each time. Owners/staff friendly and helpful and when requesting missing household items that were needed they got us what we needed straight away.
  : Having read a review saying air conditioning only in hall, I had assumed keeping bedroom doors open would be enough to ensure bedrooms were cool enough. There is a actually only one aircon unit in the unused mezzanine above open plan kitchen/lounge which really only serves the lounge area and barely even the kitchen/dining area. Arriving in a heatwave in July we were provided with plug in fans in the 2 bedrooms which wasn't enough to help us sleep. A change of bedding (and towels) on the 8th day was far too long to wait given how much we sweated over night and so ended up washing these in the washing machine prior to replacements. With only a thin sheet covering the mattress the mattress will soon become rotten! Had I paid half what we did for the accommodation I would have just thought well it's what we paid for but having paid just over 2300 for 13 nights in accommodation stating it has air con I would have expected better Aircon as well as a fuller range of kitchen equipment, e.g there was about 5 small glasses, 7 teaspoons (4 iof them plastic), 2 large mugs, no lid that fits on the saucepan (just one larger one with a missing handle). However we managed and when we asked for a tray or something to be able to cook things in the oven they did bring us a grill pan (without rack) straight away along along with the missing iron.
