: - location is perfect. First line! - have everything (kitchen equipment, washing machine)
: - the second room doesnt have an AC (only first bedroom and living room), therefore you need to sleep with open door (window is not enough in summer)- a little bit outdated

: The particular apartment we arrived at did not represent the images seen on Booking.com. It was dark, dingy and very dusty and dirty. The property was different from what we saw on booking.com when we selected the apartment. There wasnt much light in the property during the day, had to use the lights. There seemed to be thick dust and dirt under the beds, clearly hadnt been swept. There was no basics in the apartment so had to buy quite a lot such as washing up liquid, sponge, hand wash, clothes wash tablets for the washing machine as there was not even one complimentary that we usually get with most stays. The quality of toilet paper there was awful and the worse Ive ever used, so we bought our own locally. The beds sank when we slept in them. The kids room had no air con and was very hot. We requested a fan and a kitchen light bulb as the bulb went out the first night. The property maintenance man brought a dirty fan and replaced the kitchen build the next day. The kitchen windows had no lock so we were constantly on alert for potential theft. The kitchen also had no oven, no kettle and we had to request one. The kettle the then gave us was not electrical so had to use on the cooker each time (in this day and age?). Then there was the so called toaster?! I have never seen anything like it? It was like a toaster without the walls around it so when switched on the heating elements were exposed so the kids couldnt use this, the adults had to and my wife got burned one day using it. We had to wash all the cutlery and the basic plates and utensils there, and trust me, there wasnt much there. We didnt expect this at all from what the booking.com advert looked like, but as I mentioned, the property we got was totally different from the one advertised or should I say the one we selected in the advert. This needs to be consistent and addressed by the property and booking.com so that what you click on is actually what you are expecting. For that I also blame booking.
