  : Swimming pools are great Everyone is great in the hotel.
  : Very bad room cleaning, really bad...Lots of people complaining about bad rooms cleaning. They cleaning your room for few minutes, what you can expect... Very very dirty towels !!! They change towels every day, but new towels are dirty also.All inclusive means - no limit on alcohol drink ? In this hotel you can take 9 alcoholic drinks (only beer, wine, and sangria. per day.)You can take only 3 free drinks for breakfast, for lunch, and 3 for dinner. Beer in a very small glass.

  : Twas a lovely hotel great location.
  : I booked a 1 bed apartment and was given a hotel room with no reference to it not being an apartment- when I raised it they said they didnt have an apartment- and offered me their all inclusive package which I had no option but to accept- it was ok but did not suit my requirements so I didnt really avail of it - my group was going out for meals so I was joining them and not using the restaurant .

  : When I had a complaint about the food, they took it serious.
  : Dont like the food, the first day we had rotten eggs as breakfast?? And hair in the food almost every day. The cleaning in our room was not acceptable at all, they dont use a vacuumcleaner?? Black dark hairs all over the room. The all inclusive is not included local alcohol sprits - please then dont name it as all-inclusive when almost nothing was included. Waste of money.

  : The staff were quite rude about the price of the hotel that Booking.com had given me as a final price and it turned out their government tax was different (more than what booking had given) and they charged me extra 26 and blamed it on Booking.com who never got back to me either even though I messaged them on the same day. We had to pay a different amount, and the ladies at the reception said that they would talk to the manager the next day which it never happened, they just pretended everything was okay! They charged for extra activities as well, the hot water pool wasnt hot, we paid for all inclusive but they were very reluctant about the alcoholic drinks and you would have to drink at lunch and dinner time only inside the food area or at the bar, you couldnt bring your drink around the pool, but people paying for their drinks at the bar could we paid for this all inclusive but they seemed to have forgotten that! Not a good experience at all, wouldnt recommend it to anyone!
