  : The property looks nothing like pictures ! And the stuff - the receptionists were so rude and they even tried to charge us twice for the same service , thinking we wont see it in the receipt . Its really spoiled the whole impression about Majorca , they really abused my trip and I hope no one goes through the same . 0 out 10 and - out of 10 for the service . Leading must know this hotel only leading to depression hotel , not leading hotel if the world !

  : We were recommended the hotel by friends and very much looked forward to the stay. The rooms are nice.Spa is also decent (Heidi and Clara are great).
  : Two things in particular were unsatisfactory:1) Every so often, the hotel has a classical music/opera dinner, which is attended by outside guests although hotel guests are invited to attend. As a result, all the hotel facilities are shut down to cater for this event, including the hotel bars and restaurants, and guests are told that they can eat/drink in their rooms. We were only notified about this event after we had booked our stay. For those guests who do not wish to attend this event, it is extremely unfair to be confined to ones room (we went out for dinner and returned at 10:30pm, where we were told that we had to go to our room). If the hotel continues hosting these events, we would strongly encourage it to think of hotel guests who are not attending the event.2) On one of the days of our stay, there was an issue with the outdoor pool toilets; there was a smell of sewage and flooding of dirty water. Unfortunately I unknowingly walked in this water in my flip flops. When I alerted the pool staff, I was told that a maintenance guy had been alerted and that this happens when 20m tourists visit the island each year. Although I dont dispute that this could happen anywhere, what was frustrating was that i) some of the staff knew about the issue and hadnt closed the toilets and ii) certain staff demonstrated insensitivity towards guest concerns. Although worth clarifying that once this was raised with hotel management, a sincere apology was provided, as well as a complimentary massage. Some other small complaints; bedroom shower was hot and cold, not enough sun beds for guests at pool and pool decking is aged and out of step with rest of the hotel quality.
