WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available cot.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Cometa-86 - villa with private pool close to the beach in Calpe in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Key collection hours are the following:
*From April 1st until October 31st - Monday to Friday 10:00 - 13:00 and 17:00 - 19:00. Saturday 10:00 - 19:00.
*From November 1st until March 31st - Monday to Friday 10:00 - 13:00. If necessary, check-in can be arranged at a different time. Contact the property in advance for details.

Pets are allowed in the property for an extra cost of EUR 40 per stay.

Electric fans are also available for EUR 10 each per week.

A highchair can be rented for EUR 25 per week.

Please note that parties are not allowed at the property.
