  : I am sorry we did not like to hotel, and left our stay early.
  : The hotel is located next to a busy supermarket. The main pool area has no sun. The food is probably the worst we have had all-inclusive. Sorry.

  : Breakfast was very basic to say the lease and felt rushed as it was so busy, with no individual tables only large tables so you end up fighting for a place to sit Parking is really difficult in the local vicinity and the hotel charge 15 a day to park in their car park

  : Too much noise. The restaurant was so noisy like a school canteen, people were talking very loudly, waiters and waitresses were making extreme noise with plates and services, they seem not well trained for a 3 star hotel rank, the same thing with the housekeeping maids who were always dropping things and talking without interruption. The location was directly on a big route roundpoint, so once again very noisy regardless the hours, by day or by night. There were lots of tourist coaches and busses arriving and making noise and polution in the area. Too many Russians speaking loudly in the hotel and on the main beaches, pushing themselves into the water like crayzy kids and taking photos like movies stars, disgusting! These people should not have their place in a civilised world! So we've moved in a nice and lovely hotel in Santa Susana, we recommend it!

  : Room was clean, and a good size, cleaned daily.
  : Didn't find staff very friendly, apart from reception staff. Had 3 different pools to chose from, depending on what time you went down for breakfast there could be alot of uncleared dirty dishes on the tables and hard to find somewhere clean to sit

  : When its dinner and breakfast time it is like you are in a hunting place. You need to hunt for your table and before that you have to wait like 30mins before you can enter the restaurant.
