WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the following opening dates of Camping Roca Grossa's facilities:

- Swimming pool: from 01 May until 20 September;
- Restaurant and bar: from 01 April until 30 September;
- Supermarket: from 01 April until 30 September.

Please note, the occupancy of each bungalow cannot exceed the number of people specified in the room type.

Please note, bed linen and towels are not provided.
