  : The apartment was really clean and a bottle of water was provided as a welcome. The staff on the reception was nice. The additional camp-bed was provided free of charge. The quantity of towels was enough.
  : All above mentioned is a real credit for such kind of apartments (we had one on the 4th floor #403). I wish I took seriously the previous messages about awful beds - they were unbelievably awful! The beds are really like camp-beds, extremely creaking from a slight move! The mattresses are old spring mattresses horribly uncomfortable, causing back pain. I absolutely approve all the descriptions about pillows - cheap and shallow. So don't expect to have a nice full sleep during your stay in this accommodation. We asked for additional bed as the "sofa" in the kitchen is rather small for 2 children. Also bare in mind, there are no doors between the kitchen and the bedroom.The amount of kitchen supplies is very poor. In general the apartment needs full renovation, as walls are in stains, kitchen furniture and door trims are bulgy and warped, the shower glass is leaking, the balcony doors can't be closed firmly and can be easily opened from the outside. The view from the balconies is "nothing to write home about" - slums. Be careful leaving valuable goods there, as the safe was out of order, besides we experienced a suspicious crack of a stranger, who opened the door (as he said by mistake) while our card-key was inside it's wallet on the wall - we were shocked!Special note for Ukrainians - we met lots of russian speakers there, both staff and visitors. May be russians own the hotel, but it's only our guesses.

  : The place is located close to the night life, it is clean, comfortable and the beds are nice, The shower was also a plus, with a nicely fitted bathroom and good A/C throughout. They speak many languages, including Russian, my (Ukrainian) wife's native tongue.
  : The fire door on the stair well was left open at all times and there is a lot of flammable storage at the base of the stairs. These are very serious issues and potentially deadly. See photos

  : The apartments were clean and comfortable, outer doors are locked overnight and require a room keycard to access which made it feel safer.
  : We could've really used an oven. Trying to cater for 7 on a 2 ring hob was never going to happen.

  : 9/10 only because the place needed the odd touch up to the decor but other than that it was a brilliant place and is highly recommended by myself as is the restaurant at the side. I will be booking here again if there is availability when I need it. Very friendly and very clean. Guy on the desk most helpful but I imagine older ones may find the auto checkin difficult. Cannot say anything bad at all. Lovely. Well recommended.
