  : The location was just off the Camino so perfect for us. The room was clean and spacious with 2 single beds and 1 double bed which fit our group of 3 nicely. It was a short walk to cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and felt rested to continue our camino journey the next day.
  : The check-in process was slow. We had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before someone came to complete check-in, get us a key and direct us to our room.

  : I didnt like that the rate advertised on booking.com was not the rate they charged me - it was significantly more. When I queried they said no you just book through the app but the rate is not whats on the app. For 4 euros more I could have stayed at the 4 star hotel my friends stayed at. For the rate charged, I would expect a hairdryer and soaps in the bathroom, at least. After I checked in the staff disappeared and I never saw them again so couldnt ask for a hairdryer. The rooms are nicely decorated but theres not the extra functionality I would expect if theyre charging 4 star prices. This was by far the most expensive place I stayed on the whole camino.

  : The situation is absurd. On the way before arrival, I communicated with the staff about the time I would arrive to comply with the check-in hours provided by the hotel. I even intentionally skipped a meal to be on time. I arrived well in advance, only to find no one at the reception. While waiting in the lobby, a client who couldn't speak English invited me to take the elevator upstairs. I was convinced she was the receptionist. I probably waited around two hours, continuously communicating through the Booking chat or the provided phone number. It took them ages to respond, and the next day, I had to get up early to continue my journey. During the entire situation, they asked me not to leave a bad rating and promised to refund the cost of the stay. Several months have passed, and they have done nothing of the sort. I advise avoiding this hotel at all costs, as the level of communication is extremely low. I have been using Booking for many years and have never had a worse experience.
