  : Excellent location in Centro. Private room with large, shared bath.
  : Digital key system by AppToln. Not familiar with it and could only open 1 of 3 doors. Required help from staff who were available in the building.

  : Room was OK. Bed was comfortable. Good location.
  : Confusing entry into the building. Also noticed other guests entering and not being sure where to go. We had the same problem and asked someone in the same building but they looked at us in a very unwelcoming way. Signs in hallway to keep quiet obviously reflect what people there think of guests. We arrived at around 3pm and already the supply of toilet paper was low. It was replaced at 9pm, when a staff member came to collect passport information. Self check-in is not ideal.There were 4 rooms, potentially 12 people, there should have been 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The toilet needed to be separate as many guests waiting to use the toilet while others showering. Also, our room was next to the bathroom, so at night, we kept being woken up by other guests unlocking their doors and then locking/unlocking the bathroom. When walking a full day the next day, we needed sleep. We are unable to recommend it.

  : It was a bit hot with poor air circulation. A vent or a fan would help a lot.
