  : Staff was friendly. Facilities were small but never crowded. Breakfast was amazing.
  : No cleanup tools nor soap for the dishes.

  : Good location, close to Cala Gat beach and just a short walk to the harbour. The surroundings are pretty quiet and calm. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods: sandwiches, sweet pastries, eggs, bacon, cereal and yoghurt. The vibe around the hotel was relaxed and comfortable. The pool area is small but nice to cool off in. I also enjoyed that our room had a balcony (although shared with neighbours, so it offered no privacy but a good place to hang wet swimsuits).
  : The first thing we encountered was cockroaches in the room, crawling at us at night. There is no air conditioning, but a fan in the room that makes it ok cold. About 90% of the hotel guests speak German, and there was no signs or information available in English.

  : Breakfast was just excellent. We stayed only for 4 days so it was every day almost similar but the selection was large so everybody can find what he likes. Melon, joghurt, musli, a lot of fresh bakery products, juices, coffee, tea...just everything. Stuff was refilling food all breakfast time so if you came later you still had everything. Personal was kind but guy at night shift couldn't speak English so it was a but confusing during the check-in. Pillow were from memory foam, for many people it's big plus. Cala Gat, Cala Ferradura, Calla Agulla and centre of Cala Ratjda everything is nearby and although it's not far away from centre, it's calm nice street.
  : We knew about that in advance but air conditioner is really missing there. The room is not so big so the air isn't moving at all and if it's 30'C it's just awful in combination with mallorquise air humidity. At least we had a fan in the room. The balcony is quite big but it's separated from other balconies just with tiny divider so you don't have any private.
