I have photos that prove my claim.Usually choose not to consider the less good things and praise the positive things (the few reviews I've made prove it). I'm sure the hotel certainly have excellent rooms (judging by the reviews), with amazing conditions, but the room I'm talking about is not one of those. What I report is my personal experience, based on facts, it is not a opinion of a purely subjective nature. Room 01 that we were assigned does not correspond to the one offered in the reservation. The room they gave can't be considered a quality room for a 4* hotel. I have a lot of experience in different types of accommodation throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I know what Im saying. I could talk about the fact that the room is not in the hotel itself, but by a external access. I could talk about the fact that the door reader does not work, it is necessary to use a key and it is necessary to fight with the door to open. I could talk about the serious hygiene problem of the mattress topper, with two huge yellow stains on both sides of god knows what (urine?); situation that we discovered after we removed the sheets to change, since the hotel did not do it, despite these having a hole. The rusty mirror, maybe a relic from under the sea... The bathroom was being flooded every time we use overhead shower. We had a "pool" in the bathroom. The bedroom floor in the access to the bathroom it was always wet. After our second claim we heard them talk. We were profiled and stereotyped (we were from... Portugal). They refuse to talk more to us and their real argument was that we paid the cheapest room in a 4* hotel in high season. It was our problem. We understand that all we were entitled to was a shepherds mountain cave shelter.

  : Location good for people who want to walk longer to the beach. Lots of restaurants around to eat.
  : On roof pool shows nothing interesting around, only city. Bed linen could be nicier

  : The breakfast was excellent, with very friendly service. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable.
  : Some guests are noisy at night when they return to the hotel. The air conditioning works well but blows straight towards the bed. There should be a few more hangers on the wall in the bathroom for towels. Food options during the day would be great.

  : The guy at the reception was not the most friendly person didn't smile. The TV was only in German. 2 coffee capsules was not enough and no option for a tea in the room.
