  : The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful. Great Location
  : The hotel was very German oriented, which is not a surprise as 99% of guests are German. This is not a problem, and everyone was very polite and respectful but if your nationality is different, youll feel kind of left out. Loud music played until 11pm and even midnight - but if you like classic german disco songs - youll have an amazing time. We didnt mind, but it was very annoying because it was super loud in our room even with balcony door shut. Couldnt watch TV or even have a chat. Couldnt connect to wi-if. One of our beds was broken, but even the good one was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, it definitely wasnt a 4 star hotel experience.

  : Noise from upstairs and in the hallway from very early in the morning. Cleaners knocking on the door regardless of the do not disturb sign.

  : BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING MUCH TO CHOOSE FRESH EVERY DAY. The hotel was right on the beach in a quiet cove Lovely big pool and also spa and nice pool..Dinner was also good,, Great service from reception restaurant excellent . The manager was very nice and polite,, Quiet at night ,big bedroom bed was good big bathroom, clean.
  : The man playing music at the pool had no idea about nice music it was horrible what he played.

  : The location, in front of the beach. This is the only reason I choose this hotel. Breakfast was good , quite diverse, for everyone's taste. The watermelon was delicious !
  : STAFF ! I found them unpolite and unprofessional. Their English level was really bad , greeted me in German. I had no idea that there were so many Germans there, in general, and being in Spain, I really didn't expect to talk directly in German. It was my birthday and I asked, upon availability, for a free upgrade to a seaside view (we went around middle of April, so occupancy was very low). They immediately told me that if I want seaview, I need to pay. Usually, a 4* property especially, would tell you that they will make what they can, but cannot guarantee. They directly said NO ! Should I mention that usually a 4* would put an extra amenity or chocolate for your birthday? Nothing from their side. Didn't care about this extra information. I asked for an iron, the receptionist had no idea what that was. I had to show a picture on google. I received the oldest iron on Earth, almost decomposing and even asked for a deposit for it. What is this ???!!! At least have a new one, maybe then the deposit would be understandable. Though, this should never happen in a 4* property. They ask Eur 10 for a towel for the swimming pool per day. How can a 4* charge this to its customers ??? Amenities were the lowest budget I ever saw: shampoo and shower gel in small bags. I went to buy new ones, to be sure that I use something qualitative.
