  : If you drive a car, you need to park on the street, the staff is helpful and very nice. Reasonable price.

  : Good hairdryer, safe box, fridge, and owner suggested traditional Spanish restaurants to visit.
  : Spent first night trying to sleep because of people in hotel terrace, till midnight loud and drunk people conversations, our rooms windows faced street. Wasnt possible to close windows and sleep peacefully, because there was only poor air ventilator ( in our room AC wasnt an option),also no elevator. So the fun thing about this hotel starts now - inside hotel regulations are only in two languages- Spanish and German. With the help of google translate I found out that there are quiet time from 10 pm till 8 am. Next day after breakfast we went to reception to speak with the owner about this situation. From the conversations beginning owner -Suzanne (as she mentioned) was rude and smirking about this situation. Owner mentioned that bar is working till 10pm and inside regulations refers to bar not terrace. I answered that terrace is part of your hotel , to which I kept receiving answer about the bar that works till 10pm and terrace works till midnight. Owner suggested me to leave hotel and shell return money for 3 nights and tourism fee. I accepted this offer. In the middle of the conversations owner mentioned that at the moment she saw us she knew that hotel will receive bad review, but she really doesnt care, it was her feeling about us. We took our things and left the hotel. Owner gave us invoice about returning money. Communication with guests are unacceptable, but situations solution was acceptable.
