  : The location and the terrace view
  : the kitchen wasnt well equipped the toilet was making constant noises the beds were uncomfortable, often bending and moving while on them there were leaks from the ceiling after a short rain the hairdryer was not good enough old furniture and not particularly clean

  : Charged an additional extra fee per person even when we had booked a more expensive two bedroom apartment to cover four guests - they said this was to cover extra cleaning fees but our room wasnt cleaned once in 4 days! They did eventually waive this policy for us but I dont think this is a fair policy and not advertised when you initially book

  : A peaceful, familiar and well kept hotel with access to swimmingpools and the charming beach. Excellent restaurant with new dishes on the menu each day. Our grandson loved the place.
  : The place is very far from shops and only one tiny (expensive) supermarket in town. It is a long drive to other parts of Mallorca, and you need a car. There is however a bus to Palma.

  : Facilities were good. We were given a free upgrade. The apartment was well equipped, well planned and ideal for four adults, if required. We were just a couple and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was peaceful at night.
  : The food was really good quality and variety. However, it was almost always nearly cold. The dining room was often a scrabble for seats and more like a cafe. It was nosy during the day, with screaming children. It was our own fault for going at half term.

  : As a family of 5 it was great to have the apartment with capacity to fit us all in. Having a washing machine was a lifesaver because with a baby we were having to use it quite alot! We came in low season so unfortunately the pools were cold but I can imagine that in the summer it must be fantastic.
  : Several issues. This is not at all the fault of the hotel but I shouldve done better research. Not at all push chair friendly! Its all stairs and hills and up and down and a nightmare with a pram! If you have reduced mobility or struggle with stairs and uneven paths this is not the place for you. The rooms and buildings are tired and need some money and attention spending on them. All the shutters on our apartment were broken, wooden slats missing, partially broken, cracked paint. The windows rattled in the wind to the point it woke me up at night. The bathroom needs redoing and smelt of musty old drains.The food I would say was the biggest negative. The hotel restaurant was the only thing open in this low season and so we didnt really have much choice and it was way below average. Its a buffet setup. No real choice, a lot of the same kind of things. Very few options and average quality. With drinks for 2 adults and 2 picky children it came to eur71 on our first night, it was quite honestly a rip off because the kids ended up eating just chips and my husband and I struggled to find something nice. The area for us was far too quiet but this comes down to personal choice - you definitely need a car though because it is very isolated with nothing around.

  : breakfast was okay. location isnt great - not much to do and the taxis rip you off. if you go, rent a car. also the apartment was clean and basic. average at best.
  : the reception staff were nice. the waiting staff were HORRIBLE. threw the bill at us so it went on the floor and walked off without saying anything (we hadnt even asked for the bill), ignored us when we asked where our drinks were after 25 minutes of waiting and never even apologised. this wasnt just 1 staff member; even at the on-site shop, the little cafe as well. all so unbelievably rude.
