: The location was perfect, super close to Cala Galdana and supermarket nearby. The condition of the apartment was good and the bathroom was very good. Nice to have washing machine and possibility to wash clothes and hang them.
: The microwave didn't work, but there's the stove, so it was not a problem. The light outside the apartment didn't work at night, so to go downstairs to our apartment we needed the flashlight from our phones. The light from the swimming pool was not on at night, but would go on very late at night.

: Large spacious apartment with good sized balcony. All the kitchen things you needed to cook a meal and a washer and dishwasher. Use of a good pool with sun beds and chairs available. The apartment was clean and tidy and when we had an issue with the electricity it was sorted immediately.

: Easy to access the apartment via a key box outside the door. Good location. Nice ceiling fan in the bedroom. Our complaints were dealt with the next day (No Kettle or hairdryer in apartment on arrival, wardrobe doors removed from bedroom - see Cons below). Cleaning staff changed towels regularly and made an effort to neutralize the smell of damp.
: On arrival we were greeted by a pungent smell of damp and the stains on the walls indicated an ongoing problem. The damp also caused issues with the furniture - the bathroom door would not shut properly and the wardrobe doors were so distorted they actually fell out of the runners narrowly missing me. There was also no sign of a kettle or hairdryer on arrival although they were delivered the next day.
