: Location was perfect with a great view from our room 27. Swimming pool was nice. The staff is very welcoming and kind.
: The bed are not comfortable. The double bed is very narrow : 2 mattresses not fixed together.

: We were very unhappy with the condition of the apartment (21) we rented from 15-20 July 2020. The apartment has several serious problems. The water quality is really bad - so much mineral and salt that both drinking and even bathing/washing was a problem. Both the bed mattresses are very soft and old, uncomfortable and we had backaches from them. The internet connection is not strong enough to get any signal in the bedroom. The apartment does not have enough electrical outlets - you could easily spend 5-6 Euros and get a triple plug for the kitchen so we would not have to constantly pull out and changes plugs for the coffee machine, toaster, microwave. The main room has a child proof plug very low and difficult to reach. Finally the air-conditioner in the bedroom is very weak and it was too warm at night. In view of the poor quality, I tried for weeks to work out quietly with them to get a small re-embursement of the fee paid. They could not care less. It is all about the money. Never again will we stay there.
