  : The location is great - very close to the marina, on a quiet street. The house itself is large and the pool is great.
  : The ground floor bedroom and bathroom are both full of mold. As you go in you feel a strong stink of mold. The first couple of nights we put some towels on it, then we simply vacated that bedroom and used only the top floor bedrooms. We left some clothes for a week in the room - they also stank of mold, we had to wash them twice. This is unacceptable and a sign of really bad/no property maintenance. Another major issue are the room doors - they were made out of solid wood, it got distorted over time, so now they cannot close without making very loud noises and squeaks. This is terrible if you have small children. Even as an adult, I got woken up by the noise of others going to the bathroom, every single night. This is also unacceptable. The owner should try living in the house for a week with their family before renting again.
