  : Photo is deceiving, arches patio is only available to one of the suites and not the entire building. No one received us to help with check in, had to use phone in lobby and speak to someone who couldnt understand English well. WiFi complicated and didnt work. Location not ideal for staying with kids.

  : I had a concerning encounter with a hotel employee named Belen during my recent stay. The incident unfolded as follows: After arriving at the hotel with my wife and 9-month-old son, we were in need of some basic assistance. It was past 9 PM, and I wanted to leave my family and luggage in the room as soon as possible. I approached Belen and inquired about the access code to both the gate and our room. Regrettably, Belen was extremely unhelpful. Instead of providing us with the access codes or offering a convenient solution, she insisted that I leave my family and luggage outside while I went back to the hotel with my ID. This was not only inconvenient but also left my wife and infant son stranded on the street. Prior to our arrival, Booking had informed me that the access code for our paid room would be provided on the day of arrival. However, Belen contradicted this information by demanding my ID before giving me the code. This created confusion and frustration. The situation escalated, leading to an unpleasant exchange between Belen and myself. I felt this was an unnecessary and unwarranted confrontation, especially considering the late hour and the presence of my family. Overall, the encounter with Belen left a negative impression on our stay at the hotel. Her refusal to provide the access codes as promised by Booking and her insistence on leaving my family on the street with our luggage created unnecessary stress and discomfort. Such situations should be handled with greater consideration and empathy towards guests, particularly when they are traveling with an infant.
