  : Great location. Small but functional
  : I chose this apartment because it said breakfast included. It was a group of 12 people, so this was significant in my decision. A loaf of stale bread in the fridge is not breakfast included. I now had to pay for 2 breakfasts for 12 people which was beyond our budget and a massive disappointment and cost 140 euros

  : No wifi. Management company promised action on this but none forthcoming, nor promise of hairdryer. The only way to communicate with property management was by WhatsApp which is not the same as the North American app. Nothing to indicate the property was up 10 flights of marble stairs. There were no numbers on the apartment doors, so didnt know which was ours. No instructions on how to operate the appliances.

  : Nothing to like. The whole experience was a nightmare and we had to change the place because it was not possible to stay, because of the state o the property and arrogance of the host.
  : We have never, ever been offered such a filthy place in our years of traveling, even while sleeping in the cheapest hostels in our early 20sThe first thing that hit us as we came through the door was the smell of rot and damp. the bedrooms were squalid. Stained top cover on the bed, when taken back. revealed filthy, worn off blankets and dirty sheets, plus pillows that were too unhygienic to unwrap from wrinkled covers. Not to mention that all the bed sheets were damp, not dried at all.The entire apartment was reeking of damp, one bed in a twin room was propped up by a paint bucket. The walls in that bedroom were covered in mold, which makes it unsafe to stay, especially for the people with lung problems. All the bedrooms oozed uncleanliness, to sleep peacefully on the beds would have been impossible.The host boasted breakfast included. We were given two packers of long life sliced bread, an opened, used bottle of olive oil, a can of pate All of this for 5 people. Before arrival we were asked to choose breakfast options from a much bigger list, and none of the requests were fulfilled.While the hosts claim it to be a non-smoking apartment, but dont care that practically every piece of furniture in the apartment has cigarette burns on them, from the dining table to every bedside locker.We tried to sort the problem with the hosts but they were not helpful at all, and rude. Constantly interrupting us speaking, saying we can turn up the heating for the damp bedsheets to dry (!), and claiming its not their fault that the place is filthy and not ready to use, blaming students that were holidaying there in the summer.We lost half of our payment for the place, even though the hosts assured us that they will contact us to discuss further refund after Christmas. They never replied to our messages.There is no doubt that these letting agents should be avoided like the plague and any platform that hosts them should examine their dishonest practice.

  : It was decent value for money for a big group and great that it was so near the beach.
  : There were a few things to be improved on, just small details that would have made the stay a bit smoother. The shower door in one of the bathrooms leaked so we had to mop the floor after every shower. Also, we could have used for more toilet paper to be left, as well as a corkscrew, kitchen paper, more dishwasher tablets and kitchen towels. Just small things that you appreciate not having to think about when you're staying somewhere.

  : The apartment was across the road from a parking building (16 per day). The apartment was tidy, comfortable and had good appliances. There was great air conditioning.The beds were very comfy with long pillows.
  : 77 narrow, stone stairs to the 4th floor, with no fire escape.The company offered us and we paid for an upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment with a useable balcony We were given a 2- bedroom apartment with no balcony on the 4th floor.Property is not "next to the beach", 2 blocks back separated by a high-walled cemetery and building site. No kettle, and no coffee pouches (unusual type) for the machine, no oven mitt, tea towel or dishwasher machine soap. No soap or shower gel in second bathroom. No breakfast provided as promised. There is no physical front office, only phone or What's App contact. This property is actually managed through Smartrent. The responses to my phone and written complaints (maybe a bot on What's App??) were passive aggressive such as telling us to "go and buy a kettle and keep the receipt", and "breakfast is included but if it doesn't arrive then make your own". We never got the promised upgrade, but after several weeks were refunded after much complaining. A security bond of 90 was debited on arrival. This was a surprise but was also eventually refunded.The entire experience caused us a lot of stress, and took the shine off our stay in Cdiz.They had the cheek to ask if we wanted to extend our stay!

  : Breakfast was supposed to be included in our booking, and we didn't get any. Also, host prommised to reduce the price because of the fact that there was no breakfast, I would like to see that!

  : Our group was very happy with the accommodation, and breakfast, however I found the 77 steps to the 4th floor extremely difficult due to being 79 with a heart problem, I suggested they mention the stairs in they're ads. Overall we had a very good visit the apartment is very well equipt and had good room sizes, and lots of piping hot water. If there was a lift we would definitely stay with them again. Please note I assumed there would be a lift so I can't blame the company for my assumptions.

  : EVERYTHING!! The place was not as advertised. The place was dirty, lots of broken areas, even the furniture was in bad shape. A lot of mold too. Nothing like the pictures shown. I was staying with friends and family, the bathroom had a lot of mold, and one of the toilets did not flush properly.
