: The location and view were exceptional The apartment was very spacious and clean The apartment had everything we needed as a family of four.
: Even though I understand the reason for the late arrival fee of 50 after 8:30pm I think maybe its a little expensive and the time isnt that late, we arrived at 8:45pm. Thanks

: We really liked where we were between San Juan and El Compello - 10 minute walk to tram (not the nos 1 tram though - that stops in El Compello - good 20/30 minute walk) and No 21 bus very close to apartment gate. Lidl 10min flat walk - we took our suitcase to make carrying easy). Another more Spanish supermarket with better selection not much further on. The whole area along sea shore offers great walking, sand everywhere - lots of wee shops in El Compello and great selection of caf bars and restaurants too. The apartment was great - modern space, kitchen great, very comfy bed and pillows, really very satisfied with the whole place. Enjoyed watching people fishing and surfing out from the balcony and of course the sunsets were lovely. A sun trap.
: Really nit picking here as I fully intend to come back - we loved it! The cutlery was not nice - plastic handles and metal decoration - the knives fell apart cutting through butter and I felt they weren't particularly hygienic. (Melanie was wonderful - bought a new set of sharp carving knives for us!) Tumble dryer door handle was broken off - found it inside (could be repaired easily) The couch is for two people only- maybe think about replacing it, as not too comfy, and getting another as the apartment is for four and really if two adults didn't mind having single beds then it would be ideal for 4 adults and not just a family. Oh, by the way - don't go for an extra long shower before your partner - I emptied the small tank!! Get these small things into order and the apartment would definitely be worth the price.
