  : The property has an excellent location, close to the university campus and very well connected with the city center. However, although I understand that it is a student residence and not a hotel, it was very poorly equipped, and some of the missing items were really essential: for example, there was no toilet brush in the toiled, which is impossible to understand, there was not a single glass or a cup to use, although there was a fringe and a microwave oven. The room was really dirty, there were coffee stains on the walls and the floor was really dirty, too. They never cleaned the room during my one-week stay and they did not even take out the trash from the trash can. On the other hand, the staff wee really kind and helpful and very nice to talk to, which is a plus.
