  : Our family of 5 booked a spaciuos 3 bedroom bungalow in February (5months ago) and we received the keys for an extremely tiny 2 bedroom bungalow. Unbelievable! We were very upset and devastated. The receptionist at camping told us that www.booking.com sent them our request the last minute and the camping was already full booked. They couldnt offer us any available 3 bedroom bungalow. Unfortunately, we had to stay 12 nights there. The main reason we wanted to stay in a huge 3 bedroom bungalow so our grandparents who live nearby could come and spend precious time with grandchildren and create beautiful memories. The next day on our arrival a family of 4 moved next door and they stayed in 3 bedroom gigantic bungalow. I truly believe our family wasnt treated well without any consideration. We were very upset and emotional because we planned this stay a long time ago.

  : The pool onsite was great and close to our apartment. They staff were friendly and helpful. My kids and i really enjoyed our time here. The shop and wee arcade on site was very good and there is a local supermarket not that far of a walk. There are plenty of shops and the beach was close aswell
  : If I had to give one thing it would be that the noise restriction is until 12am not an overly big issue

  : La Masia is a very good site and staff were excellent.
  : Interior of our accommodation was basic, especially in the kitchen. Importantly health and safety was inadequate. No smoke alarm. No carbon monoxide alarm.

  : 1. they didnt have a confirmation of our reservation and payment, so we couldnt check for a long time in.2. the studio wasnt cleaned at all: there were hairs and dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, a lot of insects (ants, spiders) inside the property. 3. some appliances were broken, for example toilet button (one couldnt splash the water). For one night-stay we didnt have time to solve it, so we couldnt use the toilet.4. during check-out, we wanted to refund the money, but reception didnt work at 8am. Security guys told us we have to wait until 9am because they couldnt deal with it. We started to wait in the security room because they had chairs so we could seat while waiting. Security guy started shouting out in Spanish, hit the table trying to threaten us, maybe asking us to leave the check-out room. We couldnt say anything because he interrupted us every time. Then he locked the door and closed the window and started smoking inside that room. We asked him to open something because its not healthy. He said No. After we tried to open the door to leave that room but he was blocking the way. He tried to throw our bottle of water away. After we called the police they told us that without bruises and scratches we dont have any chance to punish him.

  : Old camping. the bungalow needs renovation it looks very very old. Mold everywhere. They are not speaking english. The guy from entrance very rude, dose not understand any word in english. AVOID

  : M-Chalets are somewhat outdated Cleaning could be much better, floor and some furniture not clean.
