: The apartment decor was pretty cool. I loved the exposed brickwork. Very central - literally on one of the main roundabouts, only a short walk from shopping streets, restaurants, the Guggenheim, etc.
: The pickup location for the keys was across town from the apartment: having to drag our luggage there (incorrect drop-off by airport taxi) and then uphill to the apartment was a bit of a pain. A shelf or other surface to put things (toiletry bag, makeup, etc) on in the bathroom would be useful. In the smaller en-suite the only available surface was the lid of the toilet :-(

: To access the key - you need a code to unlock the main building door and another for the box hanging from the door knob. Open the box and there is another box inside which requires another code that reveals...physical keys. Confusing, yes i know. I thought access was fully digital! The instructions were not clear in the main email and app. Look out for attachments within email for further instructions. I tried calling the number but no one picked up. However, someone was texting back with instructions. After AN HOUR struggle, we managed to get into the house.
: Apartment is not labeled. It's on the ground floor next to the guard house. Size is great for 4 pax and there is netflix :) However, the room is too small to open a large luggage. And there are hardly any ledges/space to hold your toiletries and cups for toothbrushes. Temperature is not even. The room closer to main door is warmer. Location is great tho :) Walkable to old town and essentials

: Excellent location. Clever design of apartment.
: Windows on inside only, so bit dark. On the plus, no street noise. Checkin procedure well intended, and wil likely improve, but a bit cumbersome.
