: The toilet flush didn't work very well. The toilet door makes a lot of noise.

: Great location, quiet street.
: Bedrooms were very small, double bed against the wall, the door in the other bedroom hit the beds on opening. Beds not very comfortable. Tiny bathroom without even a shelf.

: Location was great
: Bedrooms both smelt damp and musty as did the wardrobes which made them unusable. Even after leaving the windows open. One bed had no pillowcases. There was dirty towels left in the washing machine and hair in the shower. There was a large stain on the sofa. The rest of the apartment was clean and tidy.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Location was very good: easy walk to the Guggenheim and to Funicular Artxanda and relatively close to the Matiko metro stop. Unfortunately, other public transit (buses, trams) seem to only run on the other side of the river, so you have to walk a bit to get to those stops. The unit was clean and reasonably roomy (we are a family of four: two parents and two teen-aged boys). We found a stash of pillows under the couch which improved the comfort level a bit. The washing machine in the unit was very convenient.
: The two bedrooms are a bit cramped -- very little room around the beds for luggage. The beds, unfortunately, were extremely firm and not the most comfortable for adults. The shower is very small, and the hot water supply was also small. It was a challenge for all four of us to shower and not run out of hot water. We had to find the wifi access point and turn it on when we got there in order to have wifi internet, which was a little confusing. We also had to replace the batteries in the TV remote (luckily, we found a stash of extra AA and AAA batteries, so we didn't have to run out to buy them).
