WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 5.03 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for € 12.54 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Guapa With Gym, Aircon + Wifi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Villaspain.co.uk will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 455 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Heating and air conditioning carry an extra charge. A usage deposit is required with the booking, and any usage is deducted from this and the balance returned.

A 30% deposit (of the total, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
