  : Found the apartment cold.Didn't like having no reception or night porterThe keys were a nightmare, and only one set between us all.No Shute for rubbish and no knowledge of where the rubbish area was.

  : Collection of keys was a nightmare we arrived with cases backpacks having walked from busTo find office closed ( Sunday) and a small map on door sending you 3/4 of a mile away up the back streets up the hills to an hotel to collect keys for our apartment which was really unfair for all of us are nearly 702 of us walked guided by our phone we didnt have a clue one of our party could not nave managed so he waited outside Veracruz with all our cases - where is the key box system???We shouldnt have had to do this - but if we did - it should be to a place much nearerI complained about this once the office downstairs was opened the next dayThere were 2 gentleman at desks - why were we sent all that journey away to collect the keys it was very unfair to us - he said you could have got a cab and gone instead of walking - I said that is not the point - we should t have to do this it should be much nearer - then the second man with black rimmed glasses said and I quote if you dont like it dont come back anymore I said to him you are utterly rude and shouldnt treat travellers this way - I dont care he said dont come anymore we dont need you!All three of us were so Insulted we came for the second time to Veracruz apartments they are very basic but enjoyed our stay the same time last year so decided to come again .This apartment was written as fully functional kitchen !! Joke - didnt have even an egg spatula to turn an egg !! Or a lemon squeezer for your Spanish oranges nothing2 pots one frying pan that still had bacon deposits in it I scrubbed everything to be able to use them which I did for the whole holiday and I was happyThe gentleman downstairs charge for just about everythingWi-fiTelevision remote to view telly - we didnt botherKey for safety deposit which was in the apartment !Also it states no big parties allowed hens stagsWe had a group of girls come stay next door - we didnt rest or sleep for three nights - nightmare

  : Very dated needs money spending on apartment landed at midnight nowhere to get keys had to ask restaurant next door they put it in my maps 20mins away all up hill with 4 young children to be told I had to go back they never took cash eventually got into the property room was 20/30 years out of date no aircon location was the best thing about it its the the only place I been where the balcony was better than the apartment
