  : Location was fab, right on the seafront, right in the heart of lots of shops bars restaurants and nightlife and a fantastic sea view from the balcony. Felt secure too due to the being gated and only accessible with a code. Nice and quiet when in the apartment. Flat screen TV with English channels, WiFi , well equipped kitchen, kettle, microwave, cooker etc., lots of crockery, glasses and utensils. Everything you need to cater for your basic needs. Apartment was nice and clean too.
  : Although emailed prior to arrival. Not impressed with having to collect the keys from an office which although was only a 10 minute walk away from the apartment, no fun after a delayed flight and all your luggage to carry. There was no-where secure to bag drop at the property. Ended up getting a taxi there and back, 4 euro each way. Not a great start to the holiday. The apartment was a lot smaller than anticipated. Bathroom was absolutely tiny and the shower cubicle you could barley turn around in! The bedroom was very small too and although had built in wardrobes, one was unusable as the smell of damp was unbearable. We stored the empty cases in there and could still smell the damp when we got home! The double bed was not at all comfortable. Just one long thin foam bolster pillow provided on the bed and only one extra pillow provided. Tried the sofa bed instead one night, that was even worse than the double bed. The arm was hanging off the sofa too which although we were told about when we picked up the keys, should have been repaired prior to our arrival you would think? Iron also leaking and fridge draw sellotaped on, all in all, some things need updating or replacing.

  : cleaner apartment would have been better furniture dated settee uncomfortable lounge door sticking on badly fitted floor tile other interior doors veenier coming of washer dirty old and rusty kitchen very badly fitted fridge door turn the light on freezer door turned it of filthy under bed patio furniture dated cables with plugs on going no where plus bare wire needs a good overhauling should be taken of your letting list. p.s alot cleaner when we left nearly forgot builders next door complete renovation noisy from 8.30 till3.30

  : After long traveling wanted to wash hands - No soap or bath gel, no coffee, to take kee You must go rental company, easier to be self check-in. Long queue in office to take kee. Benidorm booking don't pay attention to service quality, never trust my own property to rent with them. Wrong address of rental office in Booking, to call to office very busy line.

  : Location right on the beach. Booking staff amazing when we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night.
  : Instructions to collect keys were not clear. It should say they are to collect from Booking.com offices not just an address. Its a good ten minutes walk too which isnt made clear. Not a problem for us but it could be.
