  : No balcony which is such a shame the view is amazing!About 40 steep and slippy steps down the the pool where there is no bar or toilet facilities meaning you had to go all the way back up the 40 steps then up another internal floor to use the facilities and trying to navigate the stairs with more than 2 drinks was near impossible Bar staff were slower than slow and struggled to understand drink orders in England to the point the guy asked my friend to put it into his phone to translate white wine Im not saying they should be fluent in English Im not that ignorant but if you work in a bar I would have thought the name of drinks you should be able to understand

  : ROOM AND VIEW- When we originally arrived we were in a room without a balcony. We didnt like this and paid extra to get a room with a balcony. The balcony room we moved to was lovely. What a view. So lovely. So nice too to have balcony. There are not many balcony rooms in this hotel. The room in general was basic but nice. Two double beds pushed together made a massive shared bed. The bathroom was nice. Loved the beday. BREAKFAST- The breakfast in general was good. Nice selection of different breads and pastries. Nice selection of cheese and meats. Nice selection of fruits, cereal, yogurt, biscuits. Nice juice and coffe/tea machine. The hot selection changed daily. There was always some form of egg which varied whether it be boiled/fried/ omelette. Sometimes there was cooked tomato or mushroom. The sauages were hit and miss. Sometimes hot dog style/ sometimes cumberland syle but undercooked. STAFF-The staff were all really nice and helpful. POOL- The pool was cleaned daily and was very clean It's only a small pool but great for cooling down. The pool does slope off into a deep area. There is a good access to the sea from beyond the pool which is great.

The maids generally did a good job but on a couple of occasions they didn't clean the balcony and there was some bird poo that needed cleaning up. It would have really been nice to have a tea/coffee machine in the room. I small fridge with some bottled water would have also been really nice. BREAKFAST- In general the breakfast was really good. One breakfast the sausages were not cooked enough and often the bacon was a spam type bacon which had a lot of fat in it. It would have been lovely to have some nice fresh slices of tomato. In general we were happy with breakfast. POOL- Could do with some more sunbeds round the pool. Most of the time it was adequate but when busy the beds got full up.
