  : The property its self was in very good condition and beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and tidy.
  : Would have been nice to have some extra spare sheets and pillows and unfortunately the WiFi didnt work which was disappointing and no international channels on the television. The only reason I raise these issues is not because we were in any way unhappy but merely I felt as though for the money we paid we should have had them.

  : no shower screen in main bathroom and second bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable but those were minor issues compared overall

  : The large size of the apartment and Great views of Benidorm lovely outdoor swimming pool Beautiful Cove and beach round the corner.well equipped apartment with lovely kitchen. Nice size bedrooms with good comfortable beds.
  : The apartment is quite hard to get to as its on a long hill.

  : Really modern apartment with all modern fittings, very large balcony with sea view, central air conditioning, dishwasher, secure parking, nice pool, gym on site, communal areas staffed 24/7 by friendly staff and clean, host contactable by WhatsApp and helpful, metered taxi costs 7-8 to the old town, within 10 minutes walk of the beach bars. TIP: to the right of the pool youll find a hidden elevator, use the key fob to call it and you can go to the ground floor where there is direct stepped access into the sea for swimming.
  : The below isnt stuff that would stop us coming back! Uphill location a bit of a killer on hot, sunny days. A few more hygiene items, even sample size on arrival, would have been nice to last until we could shop for more; hand soap, washing up liquid etc. Some clean blankets or duvets on hand would be nice, the bedding was just sheets with a selection of throws we could use - some of us were too warm and some too cold in bed!

  : Very clean, beautiful views, good facilities, spacious and comfortable
  : The pillows are terrible, old and lumpy - please buy some new ones! Bedroom window blinds didnt work and bedroom balcony door didnt seal meaning it whistles in the wind - irritating for sleep! Also the air-con isnt adjustable per room which would be better.

  : We had apts D2, D5 tower 1 and D16 tower 2. D2 and D5 were okay.
  : D16 tower 2 was exceptionally poor. We were met with a filthy mop and a mop bucket of filthy water on arrival. Not very clean. The walls were filthy in all rooms. 3 forks and 1 knife for 4 people. No cooking utensils. No blind in ensuite- couldn't use this facility! Broken coffee table. No wine glasses. No proper dinner plates. No wine cork or can opener. Only 1 broken sunbed on the huge balcony. Again for 4 people! No cloths for cleaning. Nothing at all provided except toilet rolls and 3 sachets of shampoo. One key provided for each apartment. This was difficult with there being 11 of us. No sunbeds or chairs at the tiny pool. All of this relates to D16 tower 2.Apartment D2 tower 1 had no hot water from Friday evening until Monday evening. The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom door lock was also broken. The maintenance came but didn't fix the water only the toilet seat etc. Eventually my son fixed the water!Apartment D5 tower 1 had a completly broken drawer and other issues but I am sure that you get the idea.I contacted Blueline,who manage these properties, on at least a dozen occasions but they didn't get back to me at all. Neither Nicole or Carlos made any effort to resolve the issues.I will be perusing a claim against this company and Booking.com
