  : The pool, playground and other facilities for the kids. Good location for everything and a quiet night sleep for families.
  : Had to complain alot as some of facilities weren't working I.e washing machine brocken and asked for it to be fixed twice and they never did! Cooker didn't work for 2 days! Went for a shower and water went everywhere as shower screen didn't have a seal on it. Staff didn't help much when u need help, WiFi never worked even tho it's meant to be included so kids couldn't watch their ipads at bed time.

  : There was a chair clearly broken prior to our arrival, 2 parts of the chair we found later in the utility room on a shelf! Someone had put the chair back together - not safely. Within being in the apartment 5 minutes my partner sat on the chair - that collapsed, resulting in him going with quite a bang - - large heamatoma to his head. Luckily this wasnt a young child. Dont use the washing machine - it vibrates on a whole new level, works but not safe leaving this in use on its own. The air conditioning worked for 1 day - we was freezing on a night as unable to put the heating on and not enough blankets. The shower seal was missing, resulting in water on the floor. My boys had the single beds and we slept on the fold out sofa bed - this has seen better days! Not fit for sleeping on. All these little things are easily fixed if resolved I would give a 10/10 review and definitely stay again if they sort out they key issue as well. There was only one key, we was told to leave the key in the room on departing then recived a call at 10pm the night before asking is to drop the key off as its the only one at 3.30am before our flight. After a lengthy discussion someone agreed to meet us to collect the key - booking.com you need to sort youselves out and get these little issues resolved because its a great apartment/complex and these little things are really letting the rental let down!
